ℹ️ Information

  • All clients must provide contact details (address, telephone, and email) to secure an appointment.
  • A medical history form will be completed at the first appointment to support consultation and treatment planning.
  • All information is treated as confidential and protected under Data Protection legislation.
  • Patient information will not be shared with third parties without written permission.
  • You will not receive unsolicited information from us.

📞 New Client – Telephone Consultation

  • We do not offer telephone consultations for new clients.
  • Telephone support is available post‑procedure.

📅 Appointments

  • Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can manage our diary effectively.
  • Do not attend the clinic if you are unwell. If unsure, please call to discuss.
    • Many treatments are contraindicated if you are unwell (including colds, cold sores, or local skin infections).
  • Routine review appointments are offered after Botulinum Toxin treatment as a courtesy.
    • If you cannot attend the review at 2–3 weeks, no additional treatment or “top‑up” will be provided after this period.
  • New patients are seen for consultation and assessment, and treatment will only proceed if all parties are in agreement.

👶 Children

  • We do not treat children or young adults under 18.
  • Please do not bring children unless they are old enough to be left unsupervised.
  • Children are not permitted in treatment rooms.

💳 Payment

  • Full costs of any treatment plan, including maintenance, will be advised and agreed before treatment.
  • Payment is taken in full at the time of treatment.
  • We accept cash, debit cards, and major credit cards.

💰 Refunds

Fees charged cover the delivery of treatment and the accompanying service, which includes:

  • Consultation and assessment
  • Provision of information and advice
  • Safe treatment with evidence‑based products
  • Follow‑up appointments and aftercare advice/support

⚠️ While we provide excellent service, honest advice, safe treatment, and use only the best products, results cannot be guaranteed. Refunds cannot be offered if results do not meet expectations.


📝 Feedback

  • Feedback (positive or negative) is welcomed and helps us improve our service.
  • You may submit feedback verbally, via email, through the clinic website, or via the Save Face website.

⚖️ Complaints

  • If you have a complaint, please inform us as soon as possible.
  • An appointment will be arranged for you to be seen.
  • A copy of our Complaints Policy is available on request.
